GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS (GTC)
1. Scope of application
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed via the online shop of
www.stu-iconic.com.

2. Offer and service description
STU ICONIC sells textiles for adults and children and printing products. 

3. Order and conclusion of contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding online catalog. By submitting an order, the customer makes a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
The contract is concluded as soon as the customer receives an order confirmation by email.

4. Prices and payment terms
All prices are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF), including statutory value added tax. Payment is made using the payment methods offered in the shop: credit card, Twint, or other methods offered by Shopify.
Payment is due immediately upon completion of the order.

5. Delivery
The delivery time is usually 7–14 business days after receipt of the complete order and payment. Shipping costs are clearly indicated during the ordering process.

6. Copyrights and rights of use
The customer assures that they own all rights to the images, texts, and other content they upload or have the necessary rights of use. Name accepts no liability for any legal violations caused by uploaded content.

7. Liability
STU ICONIC is only liable for damages resulting from gross negligence or intent. Liability for indirect or consequential damages is excluded to the extent permitted by law. Use of the online shop is at your own risk.

8. Data protection
The privacy policy at store applies. Customer data will be treated confidentially and will not be passed on to third parties unless this is necessary for order processing.

9. Final provisions
Should individual provisions of these GTC be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
Swiss law applies exclusively. The place of jurisdiction is Bern, Switzerland.
