When will my order be delivered?
We deliver your order as quickly as possible, usually within 7-10 business days from the date of purchase (to Switzerland. Other coutries on request). Each product is carefully packaged for you at our location in Münsingen, Switzerland and shipped via Swiss Post.
Which countries do you ship to?
At the moment we deliver to Switzerland.
If you life in another country and you like to order one of our products, sure you can. Please contact us and we will check what is the best option for delivery.
What payment options are available?
We accept PayPal, Apple Pay GooglePay, creditcards, Klarna and Twint.
what are the shipping costs?

Is there a refund?
No. We do not offer exchanges. If you are not satisfied with one of our products, please contact us by email contact@stu-iconic.com. We will definitely find a solution.
